Notes: This is the directorial debut of David Schwimmer (Ross on the Friends TV series). It stars Simon Pegg, who plays the straight man on the two hilarious  British comedies Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz. Problem is, I can’t see any chemistry between Pegg and Thandie Newton. She’s always been mostly eye candy. Then again, Pegg tends to dominate the movies he’s in, in a good way.
