The following movies are opening this weekend, Fri Mar 28, 2008, in North America (USA, Canada). Click on a bolded movie name to get more information about it. Click on a poster to see a larger version appear. The list is sorted alphabetically by title.

  1. 21. Kate Bosworth, Laurence Fishburne, Kevin Spacey.
  2. Flawless. Demi Moore, Michael Caine.
  3. Run, Fatboy, Run. Simon Pegg, Thandie Newton, Hank Azaria.
  4. Stop Loss. Ryan Phillippe, Abbie Cornish, Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
  5. Superhero Movie. Leslie Neilsen, Drake Bell, Sara Paxton.

All of these are wide releases. My call for this weekend’s top box office (from new releases) is Superhero Movie, followed closely by 21. Both are PG-13, though I can’t see a lot of parents taking their younger kids to see a movie about gambling.
